Dr. Stephanie Cameron
Dr. Cameron is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC)® and a registered mentor to candidates for the CMPC. She has an M.S. in sport psychology, a Ph.D. in health psychology, a 6th-degree master-rank in karate, and is a trained instructor of MSPE®. She has been teaching psychology and exercise science at various universities since 2008 and currently serves as Director of the Center for Sport Psychology at United States Sports University.

Christopher Cameron
Christopher has a background in a variety of management and teaching roles. He helps plan, organize, and manage the operations, events, planning, budgeting, communications, etc. at Pivot. He has experience in many sports and serves as our sports and sporting organization consultant. ​

Geena Kading, M.S.
Geena holds an M.S. in Sports Psychology from the of Western States and is pursuing certification as a Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). With background in volleyball and Olympic weightlifting, she competed for Lindenwood University and now coaches youth strength and conditioning classes and club volleyball in Tucson, Arizona. Geena is passionate about fostering growth and confidence in young athletes, helping them reach their full potential in sports and life.

Kristen Houston, M.S.
Kristen holds a master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology and has been a military spouse for over 13 years. She is a certified Resilience Trainer Assistant at Little Rock Air Force, teaching resiliency to active-duty military. An accomplished volleyball player, she was an All-State athlete and an All-Star in her senior year. Kristen is dedicated to helping young athletes reach their potential and supporting mission readiness in the military community.

Kaysie Shebeneck, M.S.
Kaysie has experience as a student-athlete and collegiate coach. She was a four-year letter winner for Texas A&M Volleyball, graduating with degrees in both Spanish and International Studies. She graduated from SIUE with a M.S. in Kinesiology-Exercise and Sport Psychology in December 2023. She loves reading, hiking, socializing, and swimming. She believes mental performance training helps athletes and coaches develop into stronger individuals, teammates, and leaders.

Callum Kiddell, M.S.
Callum earned his MA in Clinical Mental Counseling and Sports Performance & Leadership in 2024 and became a licensed professional counselor in Illinois. former soccer player at McKendree, he experienced injuries that highlighted the importance of mental resilience in athletics. These challenges inspired him to develop strategies to enhance athletes' mental fortitude and performance. Callum is committed to helping athletes overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
