These workshops can be offered throughout the season for small,
specialized groups. 

 

Pre-Season Intensive (2 hours)

  • Team identity and culture establishment

  • Season-long mental game planning

  • Building team trust and psychological safety

  • Establishing accountability systems

 

Specific Skill Training Sessions (Monthly, 60-90 minutes)

  • Individual mental skills training includes motivation, confidence, resilience, energy management, emotional agility, concentration, self-talk optimization, imagery training, expectation management, and pressure management etc.

  • Team dynamics training focuses on efficiency, cohesion, values, identity, role clarity, communication protocols, motivational climates, and momentum.

 

Position-Specific Sessions (Monthly, 60-90 minutes)

  • Intensive, specified focus on mental skills and strategies for each position

  • Goalies: resilience after scoring, self-talk and confidence, isolation issues

  • Defensive Positions: composure after errors, mental focus, decision making

  • Offensive Positions: energy regulation, confidence, communication

 

Leadership Development for Captains (90 minutes)

  • Leading by example and vocal leadership strategies

  • Managing team dynamics and conflict resolution

  • Handling pressure and expectations of the captaincy

  • Building team accountability and culture

 

Coaching Staff Consultation (90 minutes)

  • Optimizing team dynamics and culture

  • Strategies for supporting players' mental performance

  • Communication approaches and role clarity

  • Creating mentally healthy practice environments
